No more long lines, multiple registration days, countless hours of volunteer work in getting the registrations in. Our online registration software allows your players and families to conveniently register 24/7 from any internet connected computer. At MySecureLeague, we work with individual leagues one on one by custom building the registration process to meet the needs of the league.
Prior to implementation, we work with your registrar and other league representatives to make sure we provide you with the information you need from the registration process. We test the system thoroughly making sure there are no issues once we go live.
Once implemented, we host the software on our own secure server so that we can monitor the online registration system 24/7. We’ll provide your league with its own unique URL to be placed on your league’s website taking your families directly to the registration home page for your league. |

| You maintain your own database so every season your returning players will be able to login, bring up last years information, modify their account and make payment. The registrar will have back-office access to the database for multiple reports, custom email lists, and record modifications. We can also build export files using the database information to match your leagues software. |
PAYMENT PROCESSING |
| Having a direct relationship with the payment processor allows us the ability to handle the paperwork to set up your league with its own merchant account. This minimizes the amount of work you’ll have to do to get this done as we’ll take care of everything. |
| By having your own merchant account, the funds are deposited directly into your leagues bank account. This also allows your registrar or other league representative to process credit cards or EFT transactions through a virtual terminal. You’ll be able to login, add charges or issue credits. No more having to send out checks. We can even set up a multiple payment plan option in which registration payments are processed automatically each month until paid in full. This is a popular option among other leagues. |
COSTS |
| For a one-time fee of $499, we’ll custom build the software, set-up your merchant account and handle everything else needed to get your league up and running with online registration and payment. There are no per-registration fees. Instead, the only fees you’ll incur will be directly related to the payment processing. This includes statement and gateway fees totaling $35 per month and processing fees which total approximately 3.5% of the registration fee. So if a player pays $150 to register online, the league will pay approximately $5.25 for that registration. You have the option of adding a “convenience fee” to the cost of registration by the player to cover the processing fees. |
